Architectural Intern designation or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) designation required and ability to become a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer.

BachelorвЂ™s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.

Work under the supervision of an Authorized Project Reviewer.

Participate in marketing, sales and business development.

Work closely with senior-level project managers to gain additional project management experience for more complex and larger projects.

Supervise and serve as a technical adviser to junior-level project team members.

Perform quality control review of proposals written by others.

Maintain quality standards on all projects.

Interact directly with client and project team on developing scope of services, proposals, communicating project progress and findings and recommendations for small and large projects.

Review drawings and construction to assure compliance with plans and specifications.

Write and prepare conceptual, preliminary, and final client deliverables, including various construction documents, details, specifications, schedules, written reports, findings, and recommendations.

Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work including field investigations, forensic investigations, condition assessments, and construction observations, field testing, collecting data, and preparing site visit reports.

Assume responsibility for key aspects of projects and complete assignments with limited oversight, including managing projects and acting as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project teams, as appropriate.

The Project Architect / Project Engineer will gain experience observing construction in progress, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work, and documenting progress toward completion according to drawings and specifications.
